We were both born and raised here in Anne Arundel County Maryland, have lived and worked in several different towns, and currently live with our 3 children in Crofton. We have extensive knowledge of the area including the towns of Crofton, Gambrills, Odenton, Davidsonville, Edgewater, Annapolis, Arnold, Cape St. Clair, Severna Park, Glen Burnie, Pasadena, Severn, Laurel, Baltimore and surrounding towns. We also help people move to Howard County to towns like Columbia, Ellicott City, Laurel, and Jessup. Some people like to move to more "out of the way" areas over the Bay Bridge in Queen Anne's County, and farther towards Ocean City and we help them as well. When not working, we enjoy family oriented activities including school and community parties and with school activities and volunteering. Dave enjoys golfing at Walden Golf Club where he is a member as well as other courses around Maryland, teaching his son to golf, and coaching his children in lacrosse and football. Our girls also enjoy playing soccer in the fall, basketball in the winter, and lacrosse in the fall, so mom takes them to and from practices and games as well!

One thing we will not do is be pushy - when we are helping you find your home, it is all about you and what you want, not us trying to sell you something. We take more of a consultant approach, we'll help with your area research, take you around to see your favorites homes and then we will negotiate agressively to help you get the terms that you want on both ends, for the sale of your house and the purchase of your new home!
We have an understanding of relocating and the challenges that can arise, which gives us an advantage when helping families, including our military friends, move into the area. We will go the extra mile and preview homes for you in advance, taking photos or videos and sending them to you over the internet to help aid you in your search to find a home that fits your desires. We will do the research to make sure you are getting a good value whether you are buying or selling and help you secure financing. We take care of the many details to make your move as smooth as possible.
We advertise our listings using traditional as well as state-of-the-art advertising including newspapers, several internet websites, the regional multiple-list system which is available to all licensed real estate salespeople, public multiple-list system which is available to anyone shopping on the internet, flyers delivered door-to-door, and direct mail. We also maintain a large database of hundreds of clients with which we can match properties. We notify our clients of opportunities as they come on the market. We supply our clients with a map of properties of interest, together with information about the properties so they can have the freedom to drive by or visit them with us. We provide our sellers an extensive Comparative Market Analysis on their properties to show how much similar properties are currently under contract for, actively for sale, and sold. We have many homeowner resources for our returning clients including a database of professionals that serve homeowners and investors. We also provide an extensive Comparative Market Analysis free to our clients for all of their properties and will do this for you periodically upon request.
In addition, we network with other Realtors across the country and can refer you to a knowledgeable Realtor in just about any city you may be looking to move to. This can help make your transition easier, already *knowing* someone in the city you are moving to, and having them send you listings for homes for sale and taking you around to get you acquainted with your new "home"!
